Flat Lake is a very small lake located 5.4km NNW of Blaine Lake (Town) and 65km NNW of Warman. The lake has a surface area of 71 acres and is located at: 52.874606450898305,-106.90861943205921.

The lake was officially named on 1964-11-10.
