Heart Lake is a small lake located 85km NE of Candle Lake (Village) and 153km NNE of Prince Albert. The lake has a surface area of 447 acres and is located at: 54.397692367161646,-104.4959510923596.
The lake is in the central fishing zone. Lake Whitefish, Northern Pike, Walleye, White Sucker and Yellow Perch can be found in Heart Lake.
