Fort Qu'Appelle is adjacent the lake and Lebret (Village) is adjacent the lake. Lebret Lake is partially within Treaty Four Reserve Grounds 77 (Reserve), partially within Wa-Pii Moos-Toosis (White Calf) 83A (Reserve) and partially within North Qu'Appelle No. 187 (Rural Municipality).
