The lake is in the central fishing zone. Northern Pike, Walleye, White Sucker and Yellow Perch can be found in Maraiche Lake.
There are no parks or communities on the lake.
Amisk Lake Recreation Site is 17km SSE and Meridian Creek Recreation Site is 9.5km SE of Maraiche Lake.
