McIntosh Lake is a very small lake located 9.1km NNW of Whitewood and 68km SSE of Melville. The lake has a surface area of 57 acres and is located at: 50.40102500018735,-102.33287403441594.

There are no parks or communities on the lake. McIntosh Lake is partially within Ochapowace 71-92 (Reserve) and within Willowdale No. 153 (Rural Municipality).
Bird's Point Recreation Site is 16km S, Broadview Recreation Site is 14km E, Spring Fountain Recreation Site is 11km SSW and Birds Point Recreation Site is 16km S of McIntosh Lake.
The lake was officially named on 1950-05-04.
