Morrison Lake is a very small lake located 6.8km SSW of Kenosee Lake (Village) and 85km NNE of Estevan. The lake has a surface area of 58 acres and is located at: 49.782116082177055,-102.33622735899114.

Moose Mountain Provincial Park is adjacent the lake. Morrison Lake is partially within White Bear 70 (Reserve) and partially within Wawken No. 93 (Rural Municipality).
Moose Mountain Provincial Forest is 8.1km SE and Cannington Manor Provincial Park is 21km WNW of Morrison Lake.
The lake was officially named on 1962-08-13.
