Nelson Lake is a small lake located 13km SSW of Loon Lake (Village) and 57km WSW of Meadow Lake (City). The lake has a surface area of 242 acres and is located at: 53.921100284388565,-109.23078021314535.
The lake is in the southern fishing zone. We don't know of any fish species that can be found in Nelson Lake.
There are no parks or communities on the lake. Nelson Lake is within Loon Lake No. 561 (Rural Municipality).
Makwa Lake Provincial Park is 14km S, Steele Narrows Provincial Park is 14km SSE, Bronson Forest Recreation Site is 23km E and Fowler Lake Recreation Site is 16km SE of Nelson Lake.
The lake was officially named on 1974-08-19.
