The lake is in the central fishing zone. Lake Whitefish, Northern Pike and Walleye can be found in Spectral Lake.
There are no parks or communities on the lake.
Bakers Narrows Provincial Park is 20km WSW, Amisk Lake Recreation Site is 9.8km E and Meridian Creek Recreation Site is 15km NE of Spectral Lake.
