Wapisew Lake is a very large lake located 22km SSW of Cumberland House and 175km NE of Melfort. The lake has a surface area of 5,058 acres and is located at: 53.77329684436216,-102.47280263110392.

There are no parks or communities on the lake.
Cumberland House Provincial Park is 25km SSW, Bigstone Cutoff Recreation Site is 20km SSW and Pasquia Hills North Recreation Site is 27km NNW of Wapisew Lake.
The lake was officially named on 1949-03-03. The name Wapisew Lake is of Cree origin.
