Wathaman Lake is a massive lake located 186km NNW of Sandy Bay and 433km NE of Meadow Lake (City). The lake has a surface area of 20,023 acres and is located at: 56.96239397283667,-103.74960492155347.
The lake is in the northern fishing zone. Burbot, Cisco, Lake Trout, Lake Whitefish, Longnose Sucker, Northern Pike, Walleye, White Sucker and Yellow Perch can be found in Wathaman Lake.
There are no parks or communities on the lake.
Davin Lake Recreation Site is 14km NW of Wathaman Lake.
The lake was officially named on 1936-07-15. The name Wathaman Lake is of Woods Cree origin.
