Windy Lake is a medium sized lake located 29km NNE of Lintlaw and 118km ESE of Melfort. The lake has a surface area of 515 acres and is located at: 52.312160421847054,-103.10912135032558.

There are no parks or communities on the lake. Windy Lake is partially within Hazel Dell No. 335 (Rural Municipality) and partially within Hudson Bay No. 394 (Rural Municipality).
Greenwater Lake Provincial Park is 33km SE, Round Lake Recreation Site is 20km ESE and Piwei River Recreation Site is 21km SSW of Windy Lake.
The lake was officially named on 1956-08-02.
